How does the process work?

When will I get my order?
US: You can expect your order within 6-14 business days.
Canada, Europe and Rest of the World: 12-20 business days.
Our delivery times are longer than usual clothing terms because we are a customizable brand. This means that our design team prepares a unique pattern that is printed especially for your chosen garment. Only then do we sew it and deliver it. Great things are worth the wait!
My pet photo has a background, and I don't need it. What should I do?
Our artists will take care of that! They'll remove the background and ensure that your pet looks perfect for the design.
Can I order multiple designs and bundles in one order?
Of course! Whether you wish to create a perfect combo for various family members, you can simply add different designs to the cart!

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order are accepted without questions.
What if the size of the product is incorrect?
If the size of the product you received does not match the size you ordered, please reach out to our support team at support@whats-pup.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please make sure to check our size chart carefully before placing your order, as our products are custom-made and we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes ordered. However, if you receive the wrong size, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Is my photo good enough to use?
Any photo works! If we find something that needs to be changed, we will contact you shortly. But it hasn't happened yet. Our artists are professionals at delivering the highest quality possible!
I have a few photos of my pet, but I don't know which one to use. What should I do?
If you want beachwear with different photos of your pet, upload them all. If you'd like us to choose one for you, please contact our support team immediately!
What if the tracking shows 'delivered' but I haven't received my order?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our support team at support@whats-pup.com. We will assist you in locating your package or send a replacement if necessary.
What if my order is lost in transit?
If your order is lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@whats-pup.com. We will investigate the issue and either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
